News: The Pretender Season 4

Season 4 of The Pretender will be released on DVD July 18th, 2006. The S4 DVD set can be pre-ordered at Amazon.com, Foxhome.com or other DVD sites. Special features of this set include a commentary of 'Til Death Do Us Part by Andrea Parker, 'Pretender' co-creators Steven Long Mitchell and Craig W. Van Sickle and Tommy Thompson. The DVD is being released on July 18th which, coincidentally is National Ice Cream Day in the US. Jarod loved ice cream so why not have an ice-cream party to celebrate your new DVD set...make sure to invite some friends and you can watch S4 with them while you enjoy a delicious cone in honor of Jarod!

Less Than Perfect

The 'ailing' sitcom starring Sara Rue, Sherri Shepherd, Andrea Parker and Andy Dick has been shelved again by ABC. Just when things were starting to get interesting!! Sources indicate the show will re-appear on the schedule in the summer.

Julia Roberts' brother Eric ("Runaway Train," "Purgatory" ) has joined Andy Dick, Lisa Ann Walter and Andrea Parker in the untitled Terri Minsky pilot for ABC. In the show, which deals with a 25-year-old office temp who lands a high-profile secretarial job that squares her off against her more glamorous and competitive co-workers, Roberts will play an office worker.

LTP 4th season premiere - Tuesday April 18th

Less Than Perfect Season 4 will premiere in two weeks on ABC in its original Tuesday timeslot. Mark your calendars and set your VCRs or TIVOs or whatever...!

JAG

JAG DVDs are on their way (July 25th, 2006) and an episode of JAG featuring Andrea Parker will be airing on USA network this month. The episode "Touch and Go" originally aired in 2002 will re-air on April 25th at 8:00AM. Andrea starred in Season 1 of JAG playing Caitlin Pike aka Kate.

Less Than Perfect S4

"The Dentist"

One of Andrea's guest starring roles was on the sitcom Ellen. In this S2 episode "The Dentist" Andrea plays "Joanna," the girlfriend of Ellen's best friend (whose name I can't remember!). This cap is from the first scene (after the prelude) of the ep where Ellen and Joanna are playing pool.
This pic is also from the "pool" scene. The lucky guy has "Joanna" in his lap and suddenly he looks more desirable to women!
This pic is from a later scene where "Joanna" is getting change for the meter. She is told she has to buy something to get change.

Andrea on Seinfeld

Thanks to Netflix I now have some lq screen caps from the Seinfeld episode "The Contest" (Season 4) in which Andrea appears as a nurse.









FYI - this episode is on Disc 2 of Season 4 DVD set. I hope to have some better quality caps soon. Stay tuned! lol

Less Than Perfect Taping - Final Ep S4

The final episode of Season 4 of "Less Than Perfect" was taped on November 22nd, 2005 at a CBS Studio in Studio City, California. (N.B. Attendees met at the Church parking lot on the corner of Colfax and Moorpark then rode a shuttle to the studio - this was not optional as I thought!)
At the taping, the cast were introduced and came out together (for the most part) then stayed around while Sara Rue spoke to the audience, before disappearing at the back as they started taping scenes. Some of the cast members were a little teary because they are aware it may be the last episode of the series. Andrea Parker looked so beautiful! Everyone else looked almost as good! lol The episode was very good, some really hilarious moments and lines, making me wish and hope there will be more to come. The cast were very good, they only had to do a few re-takes...didn't seem as much as I expected. Kudos to them!
After the taping, the cast stayed around because they had to bring out champagne and a cake with tiny models of all the characters on it. It was a great opportunity to get pictures...if only they allowed you to bring cameras!!

World Poker Tour Ladies Night III

Rumor has it that Andrea will be at the Bicycle Casino in Bell Gardens, California on August 31st for the “Ladies’ Poker Party” tournament part of WPT Ladies Night III to Benefit Breast Cancer Research. I hope it's true although the WPT official site says otherwise. The August 31st event is a preliminary round and the winner will go on to take part in the televised WPT Ladies Night III tournament. I hope Andrea wins if she attends!!
